16 years of working experience in Instrumentation & Controls on Engineering, Procurement & Construction Contract (EPC), which includes lump sum turnkey and reimbursable Engineering Contract types of projects.Held Senior/Lead positions for various key projects & End-users, such as:• Thai Oil (CLEAN FUEL PROJECT SIRACHA, THAILAND).• Saudi Aramco (Jazan IGCC, KSA).• Kuwait Oil Company (Installation of 11MVA DG, fire water, crude oil, effluent water tanks, KUWAIT)• KRIBHCO (CO2 Compressor System, INDIA)• Knowledge on Key International standards.• Exposure to onshore Oil & Gas, Fertilizer, Petrochemical projects• Exposure to large EPC projects• Conversant on SPI related activities and INSTRUCALC.1.Involved in Preparing project scope of work, planning and scheduling, Man-hour estimates, coordination, progress monitoring and reporting.2.Technical supervision, engineering & quality check for design documents/drawings such as; technical specifications, sizing calculations, cable routing, instrument location plan/layout, instrument hook-up, installation details, wiring diagrams, I/O schedule, Instrument schedule, control narrative, Cause & Effect, loop drawings, material take off (MTO) and field instrumentation datasheets such as; control valves, shutdown valves, motor and pneumatic operated valves, relief valves, electronic transmitters, fire and gas detectors and various types of gauges.3.Procurement Engineering activities, Purchase requisition for all instruments, evaluating the vendor’s offers, technical queries, technical bid Evaluation, Technical recommendation and reviewing the vendor’s documents.4.P & ID development, mechanization, Model review, HAZOP, SIL, Field instrumentation, Control and safety instrumented systems, Instrumentation on packaged mechanical equipment’s.5.Instrument Engineering in meetings with Vendors, subcontractors, clients, company disciplines and produces documentation required for conference or meeting notes. Also, involved in managing the project resource to meet the quality standards, Project schedule and project commitments independently. Assisted in the developing and implementation of Instruments Engineering administrative and technical practices, specifications and procedures.6.Responsible to report the status of Instruments Engineering activities and deliverables to the Discipline/ Project Engineering Manager. Involved in Project manpower planning, monitoring and control. Involved in identifying the deviations in job scope, estimates changes and initiates variation notes to Project Engineering Manager.
