Expertise in development of EPIC Project Planning Package by decomposing the Engineering Document Register, Procurement Plan and Construction Schedule into Work Break Down Structure & Activity Codes as per Project Phase, Discipline, Units, Area, Sub-Area and Detailed Activities in line with the Scope of Work and Milestone Dates. Able to Assist Project Director, Project Manager and Construction Manager to Implement and Control Level IV detailed schedule plan. Suggest corrective action to avoid cost and schedule impact on the Program and project. Expertise in Controlling, Updating and Monitoring the Schedule in Primavera P6 and adjust the Critical Activities. Prepare Variance Analysis Report for activities showing variance against the Plan. Highlight on the Areas of Concern leading to any Critical Activities and Slippage from the Milestone Dates. Good hands-on computer and software skills. Effective oral and written communication skills.
