About Raviv Kerner

Operations manager with 20+ years of experience managing a variety of complex operational systems.Since childhood, I was passionate about planning, data, and optimization so I went to study B.Sc. focused in Industrial Engineering and Management from Technion as a part of the army academic reserve plan which opened for me huge opportunities and complex challenges at a very young age.I always aim for the highest challenges and believe that this is the best way to develop expertise and skills:At age 24 I was already a production and logistic manager in a metal plant of 120 workers and millions of NIS budget.At age 30 I relocated from Israel and was already managing a production factory in China with hundreds of workers and millions of USD budget. I have proven track of outstanding performances in each position throughout my career and use the same basic methodology in order to reach fast achievements:Using deep analytics to understand the current situation and challenges, use the insights to build a plan together with the workers, staff, customers, and management, use leadership to implement the plan and repeat the process with adjustment of the business environment and new innovative technology to always keep ahead of the game.I get excited about opportunities coming from the fast progress in machine learning techniques during the last years, I believe this is the future of every operations system, I'm currently studying and implementing some of these techniques at Tetro in the purchase, sourcing, HR, material and production planning, material cost reduction, quality, WH, maintenance, etc… Want to connect?
