About Rawan Malhas

After more than 20 years of leading teams in the technology world, I've learned something simple yet profound: achievement means little without wellbeing and alignment. That realization led me to found Bloom Wellbeing, a space where individuals and teams can reconnect with themselves and rediscover what truly matters. As a Positive Psychology & Wellbeing Strategist, I translate the science of flourishing into practical tools for everyday life and work. My approach blends evidence-based Positive Psychology, self-compassion, and strengths-based coaching to help people cultivate resilience, meaning, and sustainable growth. My work today brings together what I value most: science, human connection, and real transformation. Whether guiding individuals through the Bloom Within journey or facilitating wellbeing workshops for organizations, my focus is always the same:to help people and workplaces flourish from within. Let’s connect if you’re curious about Positive Psychology or exploring ways to bring wellbeing into your own life or team culture.
