About Ray Adriyanto

For Ray, project management is his passion. He has been doing project management for years and still loving it. Team and people management skill is one of his vocal points. He is accustomed to work in a multicultural environment, and tuned to daily heavy workload. He always welcomes changes and able to adapt himself to it. He is fully dedicated towards his work and extremely committed towards excellence. He believes that maintaining good communication between team members, good time planning, sound budgeting, and always have a back-up plan are critical factors toward the success of production department. Constant project monitoring should always be applied in order to neutralize any possible set-back that might jeopardize project delivery. There were times when milestones were hard to reach but somehow he and his team managed to pull it through. Solid teamwork, spot on decision, and fine project management are the main ingredients to keep the business rolling. Last but not least, he always remember to add a bit of humour here and there to dissolve stiffness within the team and to reduce stress level of his team member. He believes that it is an import feat to keep since his team is facing agonizing, air-tight deadlines on daily basis.
