Ray Beery is a Validation Professional with over twenty years of experience and a proven track record in the development, execution, review and leadership of Validation activities. His experience includes the equipment, processes, facilities and utilities used in the manufacturing of Aseptic, API and OTC pharmaceutical products. Ray is an experienced validation Team Leader, managing personnel, equipment and material resources to achieve project goals and meet project schedules. He is experienced with drafting and reviewing Validation and Quality related documents such as Protocols, Summary Reports, Deviation Reports, Standard Operating Procedures and Change Control Documents. He has excellent written and verbal communication skills and is proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Project. Specialties include lyophilizers, steam sterilizers, dry heat ovens, depyrogenation tunnels, vial and container closure washers, sterilization (SIP) of tanks, pasteurizers, fillers, incubators, refrigerators, and assorted pumps and mixers. Also experienced with facilities related systems, cleaning validation and computer system validation.
