About Ray Blanch

Samsara Solutions will maximise the return on your staff training investment. We achieve this by either mapping your existing training to qualifications that attract government funding or by managing the compliance and risk aspects of training you currently conduct within the AQTF. We manage all the administration and compliance aspects on behalf of the employer saving them at least 30% of their administration costs. Personally, I have 27 years experience in the corporate world across the manufacturing, telecommunication, and retail industries. I have also lived and run a manufacturing company in Jakarta.(It was a great experience but I am glad to be home.) While Samsara Solutions has a specialisation in AQTF training I am also an Associate of the Institute for Independent Business (IIB), the largest private network of business professionals in the world. This provides Samsara with an enormous depth of talent meaning that no training or outsourcing job is to big. Also, because of our national & international coverage we can deliver in every Australian state and across 27 countries. Specialties: Cost effective training solutions. Outsourcing models to reduce cost and reduce risk. Business Driver modeling to seperate management and measurement.
