Operations Support • Scheduling and Payroll o Drafting weekly shift schedules and updating as necessary. o Liaison with GardaWorld scheduling to ensure accurate submissions of information. o Coordinate between employee and GardaWorld management regarding employee vacation approvals. o Assist with solving scheduling and payroll related inquiries. • Staffing o Coordinate with GardaWorld management regarding: Guard deployments, ie. Adhoc requests, open hours, Etc. Staffing vacancies due to resignations, vacations, leave of absences, Etc. o Assist with new hire on site interviews and site orientation. • Tailoring and Deportment o Liaison with GardaWorld management and Tailoring department for any requirements. o Ensuring adequate supplies of PPE – if required. • Procedural o Programming, de-programming and installation of gTrack Patrol Tags. o Ensuring GardaWorld management is aware of any recent changes to procedures to ensure SOPs are reflected accordingly. Compliance Tracking • Maintaining a record of required compliance items for staff members. Compliance item records include: o Semi-Annual SOP review and attestation o Security License Records o First Aid and CPR o AODA o WHMIS o Information Security o Quarterly Fire Panel Review Leadership and Employee Engagement • Frequent revision of items including policies and procedures with on site guarding team. • Coach & Counselling for employees to ensure all staff are familiar with operating procedures, maintain excellent deportment, Etc. Customer Communications • Maintaining professional relationships with Floor Navigators, BGIS operations personnel, Contractors, The Client, and others, which fosters efficiency in relation to events, or other duties and cascading the information as necessary to guard staff. • Develop and maintain positive relationships with client and customers.
