About Ray Chen

My name is Ray. I am a graduate of architecture with master's degree. After I graduated form under graduate school of civil engineering. I found that I am interested in architecture, especially solving problems by architecture design and using tech things. In the graduate school of architecture, I learned about how to study and do the research of site, user, material, circulation, interior and many other things. Then combine these data with the issue that I want to solve by the design project. Also have to know how to demonstrate the works to reviewers in proper way. It need use the logic thinking and creative mind also the sense of beauty. Of course we good at using many software of photo editing, 3D modeling, real model making and parametric design. My master's thesis is about how to solve the elders falling prevention in house by computer vision. So I also learned python and opencv to finish the thesis. During the period of military service, I started to have interest in UX design. After entering the workforce, I spent three years leading AI Chatbot and CRM implementation projects at a software company. Currently, I am a Product Manager for AI Chatbot, Voicebot, and E-commerce platforms, responsible for overall product design and optimization.
