About Ray Clark

With over 30 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance, I bring deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions (buy-side and sell-side), corporate restructuring, complex valuations, and distressed asset situations across a broad range of industries and asset classes. I hold a B.S. in Finance and Business Economics from the University of Southern California and am a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA). Complementing my financial background, I also hold a Master of Science in Software Engineering from Boston University and earned a graduate-level Certificate in Programming from Harvard University, with an emphasis on financial applications and FinTech innovation. Over the course of my career, I’ve advised on more than 80 transactions totaling approximately $1 billion in value and conducted over business valuations, many involving intricate capital structures or financially distressed entities. I’ve also provided expert testimony in State and Federal courts on matters involving valuation, corporate finance, lost profits and economic damages. In addition to advisory work, I’ve acted as a principal in numerous acquisitions including middle-market companies and commercial real estate assets, bringing hands-on experience to evaluating, structuring, and executing direct investments.
