I have managed budgets in access of one million dollars. As a Project Manager and Purchasing Manager, I have been responsible for analyzing bid proposals to budget plans, as well as preparation, maintenance and review of AIA contracts. I have been responsible for hiring and directing sub-contractors along with lower level employees to management level employees in order to make sure projects were completed ahead of schedule and under budget. In the corporate area my experience ranges from contract procurement to employee training; new business development to include: sales & marketing, development and implementation of policy and procedures and operational business structure. As a business owner, I have employed, trained and management over 30 employees from the administrative staff, sales personnel to operations and service departments. I have over ten years experience with government contracts, which include: Fixed, T&M, Cost Reimbursement and Letter Contracts allowed by Federal Acquisition Regulations.
