As product manager for Primero’s flagship offering, Webtreepro, Ray is focused on ensuring customers are more than just satisfied – but rather ecstatic about working with Primero Systems. This includes making sure that Webtreepro performs at the consistently high standard of reliability that Primero is known for – in all cases. As a company, Primero is dedicated to constantly investing in and improving its infrastructure and product, regularly incorporating new features and industry standards, along with fixes and improvements. Under Ray’s guidance, the Webtreepro team upholds this philosophy, with a focus on addressing the ever - changing needs of customers. Due to Webtreepro’s highly flexible nature, it can be configured out of the box to accommodate innumerable configurations based on a wide variety of client needs and requirements. Every customer can put their own unique spin on the system according to their personal vision. In order to remain dynamic and work in concert with customers, Ray ensures that the team has the knowledge and resources necessary to maintain focus and constantly improve on the services they provide. Ray brings a deep understanding of franchise structures and the unique challenges facing both franchisors and franchisees to his role at Primero. Prior to Joining Primero, Ray gained valuable experience working with franchise management/communications, Customer Relations Management (CRM), Localized Websites/Content Management System (CMS) and E-Learning at franchise management firm IFX Online. Ray also honed his IT skills at New Century Title Company. Ray’s guiding principle of putting people first extends to both customers and employees. All employees truly work together as a team, with everyone working toward the same clear objectives, and in support of one other. Primero endeavors to extend this same camaraderie to its customers. It is Ray’s strong belief that when one member of the team succeeds, everyone succeeds.
