Ray is currently a Principal at Deloitte Consulting LLP and is the US and Global Oracle Managed Services leader. As a Principal for Deloitte Consulting LLP in the Technology Integration practice, Ray focuses on Oracle Enterprise software as it relates to business transformations and application management services, with a focus on the Consumer industry. Ray consults his clients on large scale systems integrations, business transformation, and application outsourcing. Prior to joining Deloitte, Ray served as president of his own consulting firm, RTI Consulting LLC, that provided executive level consulting to clients in the areas of large scale systems integrations, application outsourcing, and business process transformations. While at IBM, Ray was the Vice President that led the IBM Communication sector Application Management Services (AMS) practice. The Communication sector included the Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment, and Utilities industries. Ray was responsible for leading a practice that included both sales and global delivery of outsourced application management services. Prior to taking the AMS Vice President role, Ray led PricewaterhouseCoopers/IBM Communications sector’s Oracle practice from 2001 to 2006, while also holding primary partner client sales and delivery responsibilities. As the Oracle practice lead, Mr. Ignacio was responsible for practice building and management including staff recruiting and development, sales opportunity qualification and pursuits, executive relationships, and project sales and delivery. In addition to his executive and practice leadership experience, as a consulting Partner, Ray has sold and successfully delivered multiple multi-million dollar engagements for his clients.
