My core responsibilities include: Revenue Forecasting - Modeling and forecasting monetization and revenue across multiple dimensions of Microsoft's $10B+ Search/Native ads business. Revenue Management Analytics - maintain a daily/monthly/quarterly pulse on drivers of performance, project out their trajectory and impact to KPIs, and consolidate results into insights that help steer weekly monetization execution. Strategy (Target Setting)- drive alignment across ads engineering, finance, publisher, partner management and sales teams on fiscal and quarterly financial commitments. Create plans that drive fiscal accountability across orgs and define measurement KPIs to track progress.
