I have acquired a wide range of experience with John Deere, GE Capital and The Wittern Group which includes: sales branch operations; field collections and marketing; telephone collections; agricultural, commercial and consumer lending; loan and lease acceptance; repossession and collateral disposal; deficiency recoveries; risk analysis; credit and behavior scoring; and collection litigation. My litigation experience includes retail installment and lease litigation of agricultural, consumer, commercial and wholesale products. My collection experience includes field and telephone collection experience in consumer, commercial and agricultural financing. This includes developing scoring models for auto-dialer collections strategies. As Litigation Manager at GE Capital - Vendor Financial Services I have gained additional experience with commercial lease litigation and received Quality-Six Sigma training. After seven months at GE Capital I was promoted to Portfolio Manager, responsible for all collections and litigation of a $ 6.5 Billion portfolio. I would like to use the experience I have acquired to further my career in the financial services, banking and/or manufacturing area. I would also like to pursue a career in process management using my training and experience I have acquired in quality and process management. I have a well-rounded management background in leading and motivating people in a changing environment.
