Ray is an experienced health system administrator, CEO and Principal (Partner) at Nous Group. He leads Nous’ Canadian Health & Ageing Practice, working across social, primary, community, acute and aged care systems. He works at the nexus of academia, public and private sectors to achieve improved health outcomes for Canadians. Ray seeks to collaborate, partner and empower people. An advocate for equitable access, system improvement and patient centred approaches, Ray often finds himself breaking down complex, entrenched barriers or perverse incentives to alleviate siloes and enable integration of care. He is passionate about: • bringing together multi-disciplinary cross-organisation teams • investing in and monitoring evidenced based policy and programs through innovative uses of data and analytics • contemporary models of care which leverage new technologies • patient/practitioner experience and patient reported outcomes to drive a value-based health system across the continuum • diversity and inclusion Over 20+ years, Ray has built a reputation for delivering positive outcomes in the midst of complex problems.
