I started in the kitchen—trained chef, food scientist—and built a career solving complex problems at the intersection of R&D, operations, and commercialization. With over 15 years of experience in food and consumer goods, I’ve led product development and manufacturing initiatives across healthcare, fine dining, CPG, and pharma. My core skillset spans process optimization, sensory evaluation, technical sales, and equipment integration; bridging the gap between innovation and execution. I’ve brought dozens of products from concept to scale, written SOPs from zero, and driven customer-facing pilots that unlock new business. Beyond food, I’ve owned and operated a rental car business, restored and sold classic cars, and worked in media as an actor, director, and producer. I have a passion for systems that work—whether it’s a kitchen, a production line, or a customer journey. I care about business outcomes and end-user experience and build teams and processes that enable speed without sacrificing quality, with a sharp eye on data integrity, compliance, and operational flexibility.
