Proud to have played a leading role in establishing and growing Irelands largest independent motor finance company (Finance Ireland Motor and Leasing) Key Professional Achievements- Established First Auto Finance as Ireland’s largest independent motor Finance company (lending volumes of €279 Million in 2023). From start up we successfully took on the challenge of competing with and winning significant market share from the established players in our market, including Irish pillar banks and captive finance houses- Built strong, long lasting, and successful relationships with key vendors, partners, and customers, including: multinational motor manufacturers; large Irish car dealer groups; digital media companies: car dealers nationwide; hundreds of Irish SME's and thousands of consumers- Played the leading role in developing and implementing a market leading and game changing digital marketing and sales strategy designed to drive growth and future proof our business. This strategy established FIML as being the first Irish motor finance company with the ability to transact end to end with consumers, through our various partner websites and digital assets- Over the past 2 years I have won and established valuable commercial relationships with Tesla and Polestar- Established, recruited, developed, managed and mentored an experienced field sales teams- Developed and launched innovative products including the first generic PCP and PCH products to the Irish motor finance market- Negotiated and launched manufacturer and used wholesale funding schemes- Working closely with my colleagues in compliance and operations always ensuring all our activities, strategies and products strictly adhered to industry regulations and consumer legislation
