I am working for Carbery Group, Irish headquartered international dairy and food ingredients company in the role of Group Head of Corporate Finance. Excited to be spearheading and guiding our M&A and business expansion efforts, through identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic acquisition and business expansion opportunities that align with our business growth and shareholder value objectives. I also retain strategic responsibility for the key group finance functions of financial reporting, treasury & funding, tax planning and specific areas of risk management. Since joining from Kerry Group in where I worked as a business unit accountant, I have successfully progressed from roles as Financial Accountant, Group Financial Accountant and Treasurer, Group Controller and Treasurer to my current role as Group Head of Corporate Finance. Qualified as Chartered Accountant (ICAI) with diverse training and experience from small owner managed companies to global international entities.
