From 1980 to 1993 Mr. Pinard worked for a variety of private and public manufacturing companies. Mr. Pinard held minority positions in some of his endeavors. In 1993, leveraging his unique skills in finance, management and problem solving, Mr. Pinard founded R. E. Pinard & Co, Inc, Corporate Value Specialists©, Manchester, NH. The firm focused on corporate financial and senior management advisory services, strategic planning, business valuations, and investment banking services. He sold the firm in 2005. In 2006, Mr. Pinard continued consulting under the name Monticello Group, LLC (now Monticello Strategies (SM)). Monticello Strategies is a principles-based business advisory firm that excels in solving complex problems that face business owners, presidents and CEOs.
