As a project management student at Allegiant Giving, I am transitioning from the military and utilizing their Skillbridge Program to gain valuable experience and skills. I am also a licensed realtor in New Jersey, with a passion for helping people find their dream homes. I have proven myself as an industrious and enthusiastic manager in the US Navy, where I have worked as an electronic technician for over eight years. I have consistently met productivity goals and service objectives, skillfully working with all employees to enhance performance and improve day-to-day processes. I have also demonstrated diplomatic and effective communication skills in resolving issues and maximizing efficiency.
