Multi-decade lean practitioner who believes that engaged people utilizing continually optimized process are the key to continuous improvement and competitive business advantage. Experienced in applying and leading the implementation of multiple improvement methodologies over the years but have found that both successful leadership or an improvement initiative always comes back to decisions that are data driven by engaged and valued people. I have successfully applied these principles in varied industries, operational, and corporate environments throughout my career as both an individual contributor and in various leadership roles. Most recently, I have been able to achieve success developing long-term strategies and applying those same principals to achieve step change cost savings thru innovation and discontinuous change by understanding the entire life cycle of a product and identifying both the needs and wants at every step in the product life cycle.
