Mr. Roberts has over 20 years of experience planning, directing and coordinating the operations of programs to satisfy customer requirements. His areas of expertise include the following: • Program Management; • Systems Engineering with a focus in Human Systems Integration (HSI); • Acquisition Management; • National Preparedness System; • National Incident Management System (NIMS)/Incident Command System (ICS); • Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and High-Yield Explosives (CBRNE) Protection; • Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) Consequence Management Operations; • Career Planning; and • Training and Exercise Program Development and Execution. His most recent experience is as a senior analyst focusing on Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition program execution and operational analysis while working as a contractor in support of program management offices (PMOs). He is also a veteran with over 21 years of combined military service in the Virginia Army National Guard, United States Marine Corps and United States Marine Corps Reserve. While in uniform he led teams and provided training that permitted units and personnel to perform in both conventional and unconventional (e.g, asymmetric and terrorism) warfare operations.
