About Ray Roche

With over a decade at SAP, I’ve built my career around driving quality, efficiency, and operational excellence. I started with SAP as a Support Team Manager within SuccessFactors HCM before transitioning to a new role as Global Program Manager, where my focus remains on quality and cross-functional team optimisation. My journey in tech began at Oracle, where I progressed from a Support Engineer to a Customer Success Manager Lead, gaining invaluable experience in technical support and customer success management. I hold a degree in Computer and Software Engineering, along with qualifications in Quality Management from MTU, which have reinforced my passion for continuous improvement and strategic problem-solving. Beyond my role, I’ve had the privilege of serving as an SAP Mentor and as an ambassador for the Mental Health Wellbeing Program in Ireland. I believe that fostering a strong, people-first culture is key to driving impactful change. Outside of work, I enjoy life on our family farm with my wife, Grace, and our sons. I also love traveling and catching live music whenever I can. In my current role, I collaborate with leadership to tackle strategic and operational challenges in Quality and the Partner space, ensuring our team thrives in an ever-evolving business landscape.
