To start my career, I was the second employee and developed into a pivotal leader behind EyeSite Surveillance, a small business that was grown over the past 15 years of my career into a respected name in the surveillance and security industry across Arizona and Texas. My career has been focused on scaling EyeSite Surveillance from a startup into a thriving enterprise, driven by a commitment to innovative solutions and customer satisfaction. Throughout our journey, EyeSite became known for providing cutting-edge surveillance systems and unparalleled service to a broad range of clients. Under my leadership, EyeSite expanded its offerings and market presence, building a reputation for reliability, advanced technology, and tailored security solutions. Our success came from understanding the unique needs of our clients and continuously adapting to industry trends, always striving to stay ahead of the curve. In 2023, EyeSite’s growth led to its acquisition by Stallion Infrastructure Services, a move that marked a significant new chapter for both companies. I was privileged to lead the integration of EyeSite into Stallion, a process that required careful planning, strategic vision, and the ability to bring together two distinct company cultures while maintaining the high standards EyeSite was known for. As a result, we successfully aligned our teams and expanded our service offerings to create even greater value for our clients and stakeholders. Now, as part of Stallion Infrastructure Services, we’re positioned to leverage our combined expertise, resources, and innovative technologies to continue leading the way in the infrastructure services industry, especially in the security and surveillance space.
