About Ray Shaker

I’ve built my career on firsts. First Apple Genius to be hired at young that a driver had to transport me throughout training, for example. First to negotiate the resolution to a stalemate that was blocking the advancement of a successful technology business after others tried and failed. And first franchise owner to partner with not one, but two major telecom companies – Sprint and T-mobile – at under the age of 25. Often, being the first means charting new territories, something the world is doing a lot of in 2020. An economy-crushing pandemic has changed the landscape of business across the globe. As a result, for those who embrace change and relish challenges, there will be new and unprecedented opportunities. We’ve already seen new businesses crop up to fill the evolving needs of society. New product and service offerings, new methods of delivering purchases to consumers, and new ways of interacting with customers are being explored and implemented for the first time. However, it is expected that supply chain management has changed forever, and industry-leading categories, including travel, hospitality, and commercial real estate are reeling. Although some industries will suffer, others will be birthed into a new business landscape. Into a new territory, set to be charted for the very first time. Recognizing and optimizing new opportunities that lay ahead will require fearlessness when it comes to being first. Tomorrow’s captains of industry will have to be at ease out in front of the pack alone, first in exploring new territory. I’ve built my career on firsts. So I’m looking to the future with a determination to continue being a driving force in the achievement of many firsts in the coming months and years. And with anticipation of repeating career successes like being first to disrupt and redefine business models that no longer work, first to identify and develop lucrative new markets, and first to explore partnerships that never seemed likely or feasible before. I'm ready to take the first steps into the uncharted territory ahead, boldly, partnered with others having ambition for success. Last but not least, I’ve built amazing partnerships and relationships with governments and different agencies throughout the Middle East that can help achieve big goals and drive success in the middle east.
