As Managing Partner at SCxCMC Solutions and Founder of SOPPhC, I bring over 30 years of experience in CMC strategy, tech transfer, and pharmaceutical manufacturing to companies scaling from clinical to commercial supply. My work with early-stage biotech companies focuses on turning capital into capability—aligning product, business, and operational strategies to accelerate development and reduce risk. I’ve led and advised on programs that span drug-product development, site transfer, supply-chain optimization, and external manufacturing partnerships across North America, Europe, and Asia. With late-stage and commercial pharma/bio companies completed projects include scale-up, launch readiness planning, commercial tech transfer and supply chain optimization. Career Highlights • Directed or advised on over $250M in outsourced manufacturing and packaging contracts, including API procurement, complex dosage forms, and drug-device combination products. • Supported successful product launches including Orgovyx®, Xhance®, Nuzyra®, and Onzetra Xsail®. • Developed outsourcing and supply-chain methodologies adopted by multiple CDMOs and emerging biotechs. • Frequent speaker, author, and trainer on outsourcing, CMC, and supply-chain strategy for life-science organizations and conferences.
