I’m a seasoned IT leader with 30+ years in retail and wholesale, spanning application development, e-commerce, project management, and IT operations. Since 1994, I’ve led teams and delivered technology solutions that improve how organizations serve customers, support staff, and scale.I care a lot about clear communication. I coach IT teams to speak the language of the business, set expectations early, and build trust across every level of an organization. I view IT as a customer service function first, and a technical function second.Outside of IT, my wife and I are entrepreneurs. In August 2023, we opened Fins For Grins, a freshwater fish and aquarium supply store in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. We focus on healthy livestock, reliable supplies, and a clean, welcoming store experience.
