I have worked a sales account manager/territory manager for several billion-dollar companies including Kingston Technology, Konica Minolta and Kyocera. My main role in the organizations was to manage existing accounts and develop new business. Duties include following up and making sure customers and clients are pleased with the product or service, and perhaps offering specials for making future purchases or renewing contracts. I was also responsible for demonstrating and explaining how products work to conducting account performance reviews. I am highly energetic with excellent leadership skills and passionate about the products I sell, both to potential customers and existing clients. I am proficient with Salesforce CRM, computers and extremely organized, resilient, professional, courteous, analytical and capable of overcoming obstacles. I am extremely flexible to work well with other peers, managers and supporting departments. I am a person with excellent communication skills both written and verbal. My excellent presentation and negotiation skills were always appreciated in my previous work place.
