Air Force veteran with extensive experience across the System Development Lifecycle. Past experience include AF Personnel Systems Manager, Senior Business Systems Analyst, System Administrator, Oracle Developer, Tester, Enterprise Architect in support of Oracle HR and Financial Information Systems. Performed requirements analysis during development and testing of the Air Force's Oracle based Military Personnel Data System (MilPDS) and Visual Basic Assignment Management System (AMS). Constructed Technical Design Documents and developed Oracle Forms and Reports using SQL and SQL Plus for the Manpower Programming and Execution System (MPES), and the Department of Justice (DOJ) Debt Collection System. Installed and configured system software for the MilPDS, UNIX based Personnel Concept and AMS. Provided system administration and functional user training/support for all. Loaded and tested system updates/upgrades and patches.
