I am an award-winning PRINCE2 Practitioner and CAPM certified Programme & Project Manager, with extensive experience in the Healthcare, Justice and UK Government sectors. I specialise in managing business-critical, large scale change management programmes for the UK’s largest public sector organisations, particularly on behalf of NHS Trusts and Clinical Commissioning Groups. I have managed a wide-ranging portfolio of IT projects, including infrastructure and networks implementations, software development, clinical applications rollouts, end user device deployments and medical imaging system deployments. I am an expert in EPR/PAS as well as RIS/PACS system implementations. • Awarded the Michael Dell Champion Award for my performance and ‘outstanding contribution to the business’ whilst working for Dell Services • Replaced the satellite navigation and incident reporting system onboard over 900 emergency response vehicles, on behalf of the UK’s largest ambulance Trust • Migrated an entire NHS Trust’s mailboxes and all associated data over to the NHS Mail platform • Worked within a central government ministry planning the production of Brexit-related policies alongside senior civil servants • Deployed a bespoke RIS/PACS system on to a mobile tuberculosis screening vehicle on behalf of UCLH, making it the only such vehicle in the country • Managed South West London & St George’s NHS Trust’s rollout of ‘Release 2’ of the RiO Mental Health system, making them the first adopters nationally of the latest system release • Managed budgets of over £2.5m spanning multiple financial years on behalf of some of the largest NHS Trusts in the UK
