My passion for reaching my own maximum potential flows through my work to benefit all that I encounter. 15 years of experience in: mentoring, delivering presentations, and facilitating training workshops at various levels of a Fortune 100 company, non-profit organizations, volunteer organizations, and schools combines with my expertise for building relationships and project management to signify my adept skills in communication, organization, empathy, and emotional intelligence. I focus my energy on solution-oriented service, detailed administrative follow-through, and person-centered coaching. My Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) Award enhance my ability to develop collaboration in cross-functional teams and create educational or marketing strategies and presentations in a self-directed yet team-oriented environment. During my career and volunteer experience in large and small organizations, my technical aptitude and interpersonal communication skills have enabled me to problem solve while adapting to changing priorities and earn roles as a subject matter expert, speaker/trainer, mentor, trusted consultant, and as a leader.
