Over the past twenty-nine years I have worked in the Media Advertising industry on both the operations and technical side of the business. I have a strong analytical approach to business solutions, and am a strong believer in team building. The key to success it to put people in positions that they can succeed, provide them the structure they need, and then let them get at it. My career has allowed me to work with several large retailers located throughout the U.S, in the planning, management, analysis, negotiation and placement of their print advertising. I have designed and managed the development of four print media systems for two different companies. Two applications were client based, and two were web enabled (one with Cold Fusion, the other Web Objects). Each of these systems was designed to handle all functions of the companies' business. I have extensive experience with SQL Server. I am involved extensively in the employee training initiatives, and am very hands on with the training.
