About Ray Yuen

Ray is a multi-disciplinary leader with passion in building and sustaining class-leading stakeholder value in dynamic environments. He brings creative solutions in highly regulated industries to drive purposeful reimaginations of deeply-seated notions and value propositions, and addresses adaptive challenges by applying a systems lens to consider multi-linear futures and disruptions. At RBC, Ray is senior director for strategy acceleration in the US, where he drives cross-enterprise efforts on some of the most impactful strategic opportunities at the bank, and have served in the bank’s enterprise strategy unit. He has deep background in financial market infrastructure with TMX Group, where he played various strategy and product roles, most recently as head of enterprise strategy. Prior to TMX, Ray held consulting, business, and technology roles at IBM, GE, and American Express. Ray is passionate about enabling bold ideas with technology. He holds a patent for a global securities settlement solution, and is a contributor in the distributed ledger working group at the International Securities Services Association.
