About Rayan Mourtada

With over 10 years of experience in the information technology and services industry, I am a Senior Strategic Account Manager at Microsoft, where I help public sector customers achieve more with innovative technologies and solutions. I have a strong background in computer and communications engineering and a certificate in digital health from Harvard Medical School, which enable me to understand the needs and challenges of health, FSI, and central government organizations. I leverage my skills in partner management, negotiation, business planning, and sales to build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, identify and pursue new opportunities, and deliver value-added outcomes. I also work with cross-functional teams to support the digital transformation of public sector organizations, using Microsoft's cloud, AI, and accessibility offerings. My goal is to help them improve their efficiency, productivity, and impact, while aligning with Microsoft's mission to empower every person and organization on the planet to achieve more.
