With proper leadership teams share, agree to, adhere to, and adjust process to achieve best results. • Sanity to the Unknown: There is unknown in every project and teams need help identifying risks and mitigation strategies and a leader ensuring support exists to resolve conflicts and issues. My goal is to help you overcome difficulties and make your project a success. I identify what drives the customer and how value can be added. I share this with the team, providing a common understanding, and introduce order, allowing team members the flexibility needed to be productive. I provide management with data to make informed decisions, all while keeping stakeholders focused on the desired end goal.
