With over 30 years of experience in commercial banking, I have held various roles including most recently Commercial Banking Leader/Market Executive and Market President in the Washington and New Mexico markets. In each role I have been responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, operations, and performance of the bank in the state. Additionally, I play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including loan origination and credit analysis. My educational background includes a bachelor's degree in finance from New Mexico State University, providing me with a strong foundation in financial management. I am deeply passionate about serving the needs of local communities and supporting their economic development and financial inclusion. Furthermore, I strive to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, believing that excellent teamwork leads to outstanding results. One of my strengths lies in my ability to adapt and contribute in various capacities. I am highly versatile and proficient in pivoting to different roles and responsibilities as needed by the team.
