For many years FrieslandCampina has been engaged in a global project, regarding the implementation of a new ERP system (SAP), in all production plants and sales offices, called Summit.As an experienced international IT analyst, with a demonstrated history in Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Germany, Vietnam, the Philippines, Nigeria, Ivory Coast and of course the Netherlands, I supported this project. Responsible for / involved in all changes in SAP MM / SAP PP-PI, but also changes at business side, including the 'way of working' of all business processes and comprehensive testing of the newly configured systems and applicable interfaces. Heavily involved in the cleansing and change of required material master data and subsequent objects. Also, I work closely together with the local business team, making sure the business users are trained sufficiently and will be able to operate independently after Go-Live.
