I have am currently looking to get ahead in life. I have a lot of work experience, primarily in retail and sales. I also have a lot of merchandising experience as well. I've worked for many different companies and I have learned a lot of really good experience in different lines of work. I'm really looking to see how I can put it all together and see how I can move myself forward in life. My sales experience includes selling telecommunications services for Verizon through MarketStar for two years, three years of retail sales experience, and six years of assisted sales experience for ActionLink. In my roles as an assisted sales representative I worked in major retail stores including Best Buy and HH Gregg, and represented brands such as LG, Panasonic, Dell, and Sony. I would hold assisted sales events on weekends and team up with the sales associates to increase sales. During the week I would go to the stores and train both sales associates and managers in both informal one-on-one and formal group trainings, and approach customers and teach them about the features and benefits of the products I was representing. My Most relevant work experience to this position includes T-Mobile as a Customer Care and Sales Representative in an in-bound call center, Best Buy as a retail sales associate, ActionLink as Brand Ambassador and LG Brand Advocate, and MarketStar as a Verizon Home Service Sales Representative. I also have two years of supervisory experience, along with Administrative and Data Entry experience. I am proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook and familiar with PowerPoint), and Windows XP 7, and 8. I am very familiar with LG, Sony, Panasonic, and Samsung products.
