Expertise integrating, deploying, and utilizing hardware and software solutions for drug discovery, as well as developing and executing screening assays, drawing on more than 10 years of experience in high-throughput screening, assay development, lab automation, and data science. Currently, as a Senior LIMS System Analyst at Insitro, I enhance drug discovery software to support drug discovery and development for various formats of small and large molecules. Previously, at Bristol-Myers Squibb, I led the Screening Technologies team, driving the development, automation, and execution of high-throughput assays to discover antibodies and antibody-like proteins that warranted clinical investigation. At Immunome, I co-discovered an antibody cocktail against SARS-CoV-2 which entered phase one trials, while also leading screening assays for identification of novel oncology targets and establishing a cell culture core that supported target identification and hit discovery through lead optimization. At Analytical Biological Services, I managed cell culture core teams for Merck and Janssen, while also delivering biological materials at scale across a wide pharmaceutical customer base and co-establishing an ISO 9001-certified Quality Management System.
