I am an experienced People and Business Leader, Trader, Investor and Crypto enthusiast, with in-depth, hands on experience in the FX and CFD space. Previously the in-country Leader for the Cape Town team of an industry leading UK based company, servicing the UK market using a consultative sales approach, and having successfully made the site profitable in my 1st full financial year, amongst other accolades. I am acutely aware of the pitfalls, level of commitment, drive and effort needed to be successful. For me it starts with your people. They are your most precious commodity, next to your client. Clear and constant communication, an all inclusive value based culture and the language you use as a company can make all the difference in heights we can reach.Most recently, I am thoroughly enjoying the a Management role with TD Markets, directly focused on expanding our presence and high performing corporate investment level offering to retail markets across Africa. Being a full STP, A Book broker, WE ARE CHANGING THE FACE OF THE INDUSTRY by doing things the right way and in the best interest of our clients, I have also spent 18 months working within the Cryptocurrency industry, as a Business Development Exec and Client Retention Account Manager, and promoted to a Trading and Education Specialist role, gaining an in-depth knowledge of this exciting, fast paced, ever-changing, volatile sector of the Finance industry. I have been studying people for the last 2 decades, having travelled extensively both Locally and Internationally, this has taught me the intricacies of reading and understanding people, their tone of voice, inflections used, body language and triggers. Taking this back into the corporate environment has allowed me to understand and work closely with my teams to get the very best from of them. My commitment to my career, my ambition, goals, positivity, thirst for knowledge, discipline, crazy work ethic, and creativity, ensures that I am fully equipped to excel in any environment.
