Raymond is a Researcher, Data Analyst, M&E/MIS Specialist with expertise in data management with over 10 years progressive experience implementing monitoring and evaluation activities on health-intervention programs. His strong skills and progressive experience in designing and managing Health Management Information System (HMIS) structures across over 25 states of Nigeria. He has Proficiency skills in designing and deploying mobile applications for electronic data collection. His technical skills include expertise in the use of District Health Information System (DHIS2), Structured Query Languages (PostgreSQL), CSPro, SurveyCTO, STATA, QGIS, ArcGIS, Python, R, SAS, Tableau, and Microsoft office packages. He has worked on several projects funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation, Women’s Health Project(WHP) funded by the large anonymous donor(LAD), African Health Market for Equity (AHME), Cervical Cancer Screening and Preventative Therapy (CCS & PT), Expanded Social Marketing Project in Nigeria (ESMPIN) a USAID funded program, DISC project funded by Children Investment Fund Foundation. Participated in several trainings and workshops both locally and internationally on monitoring and evaluation; Data Management workshop in Amsterdam (Holland) M&E workshop in Benin Republic, DHIS2 advance training for local system administrators Cape Town South Africa, and Data Quality Assessment training for Country M&E Managers – Durban South Africa, DHIS2 Academy (Lagos). these amongst other local trainings have added huge knowledge and experience in monitoring and evaluation.
