She began her career in pharmaceutical as a healthcare sales representative, followed by several different clinical research positions with Sponsors (Pfizer/Astra-Zeneca), CROs (CroMedica/PRA). as well as Sponsor/CRO Customer Success Manager for Veeva Systems Inc. During her tenure as CRA, Clinical Team Lead, Program Manager, Trainer, Project Manager, Raymonde accomplished the following: • Recipient of exceptional CRA award • Successfully managed Phase 1-4 clinical trial teams in Canada, USA and Central America. • Launched the first CRA training program for a sponsor Canadian-wide Clinical Research Associate Certification program ensuring consistency and standardization. • Provided global employee training on the implementation of a Clinical Trial Database System. • Provided a Canadian-wide Continuing Education Accredited Training Program to physicians and site staff involved in conducting clinical research as part of an Investigator Initiated Program. • Participated on eTMF and study start-up task forces and pilot programs to facilitate and implement process improvement initiatives resulting in quicker study start-up timelines as well as filing process efficiencies.
