About Raymonde Townsend

I currently reside in San Antonio Texas.My drive has always been solving the problem, whatever it may be. I always ask myself how all these puzzle pieces fit together. I began my career as an Inside Sales Rep in 2013, with a Masters in marketing as the main qualification. By 2018, I was considered one of the top performers in North American sales. I have a hunger to always improve, to outwork and continue to press forward and not become stagnant in my work ethic. Over 6 years, I was promoted 4 times, this was a contribution to my drive to continuously self-educate and get better and hone my skills.At UPS I learned how to work well in teams. I went through an extensive sales training where I picked up negotiation skills. I began to get a grasp of the dynamics of a business model. To learn the different stages and how businesses work at each phase. I enhanced my analytical skills by learning how to not only read and understand reports, but give feedback and suggestions based off those reports. Lastly, I was able to lean on my customer service and communication skills.Most currently working with the United States Air Force as Marketing Director I learned how to be a leader. Over a 3 year span I went from being an assistant to leading a 14-person team. I learned how to cultivate relationships and push to get the best results out the entire group. Through my career development in this field, my desires shifted and currently with the experience developed by doing projects. I have began my commitment to become PMP certified.I am passionate, a great communicator, critical thinker, and a leader. I have a great work ethic and a ton of knowledge using several different technologies that increased the success of my jobs along the way. My inspiration is leaving an impact in anything that I do. Whether it is a client or business, making it a memorable positive experience that we both grow from.
