Rayna Erlich AIA, WEDG, LEED, Principal at Beyer Blinder Belle is recognized for her effective leadership, communication, and collaborative approach to campus planning and urban design as well as team building and management. She is a leader within the firm and a trusted advisor to her clients - with whom she forms long-term working relationships. Over her career as a registered Architect, Rayna has delivered award-winning campus master plans, development plans, and architectural projects for institutional (higher education, secondary education, private, public, and Carnegie R1 colleges and universities), cultural, and municipal clients. She is motivated by the challenges of fostering positive change and building value for long-term stewardship. As a Principal at Rayna's current responsibilities include business development, RFP writing and responding, staff mentoring, project oversight, management, staffing, and direction.
