About Rayna Friedman

As someone experienced in developing and managing large groups whether it is coaches, referees, students, or business leaders, I can design creative elements like products, content, or events. I organize and communicate well with people of all ages and expertise, and I am self-motivated for any task or project given. In the fall of 2024, I was selected to serve as an Olin Student Ambassador. Further, I was appointed as Vice President of Clubs and Engagement of the Graduate Business Student Association. As a part of The Graduate and Professional Student Council, I serve as the chair of the Membership, Constitution, and Outreach Ad Hoc Committee, the Workday liaison, and a member of the Holiday Party Planning Committee. In July of 2024, I began the full-time MBA program at Washington University in Saint Louis. I was selected as a Forte Fellow and was designated as a WashU Olin Scholar in Business. In December of 2023, I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Webster University and the Gleich honors college with Departmental Honors, and I was honored to have been selected to serve as a part of the Chancellor Search Committee. In the Spring of 2023, I was elected President of the Student Government Association. That year, I continued my campus leadership roles while becoming a Peer Mentor for first-year students. As SGA President, I launched the first-ever SGA Informational Forum, leveraging my relationships with staff and administration to address student concerns following a campus protest. In the spring of 2022, I was elected as Vice President of SGA for the 2022-23 academic year. In the fall, I was an Orientation Leader allowing me to work alongside many new faces as I shared my experience thus far with Webster University. Beyond this position, I enjoyed serving the university as a Student Ambassador. In the spring of 2021, I was admitted into the Gleich Honors College, a small and highly selective program at Webster University. This program allowed me to engage in their rigorous academic program and to take advantage of the research opportunities. In the fall of 2021, I was elected as a Senator at Large. In the spring of 2020, I received a Blue Ribbon for Outstanding Achievement and Innovation & Creativity from the Academy of Science Honors Division, St. Louis Science Fair. I also received blue ribbon standing and awards: the Louis Metropolitan Medical Society Award, Bayer Outstanding Young Scientist Award, Bayer Scholarship of Excellence Awards, and American Psychological Association.
