This role taught me the importance of attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work under pressure, all while delivering the best possible service. Now, as a IT Operations Manager at T-Systems, I am responsible for resolving more complex technical issues and ensuring the overall stability of the company’s IT infrastructure. I work on system maintenance, handle system upgrades, and identify recurring problems to implement lasting solutions. My role also involves training and mentoring colleagues, sharing my expertise in troubleshooting and improving processes. Every day, I face new challenges that push me to grow and innovate, which I absolutely love.
