About Rayssa Gomes

I'm connected and focused on global issues and how I can be a part of them. My goal is to do great work, develop brilliant people, be useful and have a positive impact on future generations. It's not just about thinking about the present, we can redesign the present together with the future, so that we can minimise future impacts on our planet. Mine is very much connected to my purpose of experiencing challenges that energise me and at the same time deliver innovative solutions to people. I've had the opportunity to work in different areas such as sales, R&D and marketing, where I've had the chance to work with a variety of brands, from the industry to B2B and B2C. I'm currently focused on implementing Artificial Intelligence in companies to increase the operational efficiency of teams, increase productivity, mitigate errors and risks and collaborate with everyone's well-being through the use of technology. To innovate, I use my creativity and strong relationships with stakeholders to propose the best solutions with strategic and intrapreneurial thinking. I graduated from FIA/USP with an MBA in Market Intelligence and Innovation Project Management from Akron College in Ohio, USA. I also specialised in Design Thinking at the Echos School. I also teach Design Thinking and Artificial Intelligence at Ibmec, where I have the opportunity to share my knowledge and exchange enriching experiences.
