I am currently holding the position of Manager of QS & Quantum department at Techno Engineering & Associates, I have over 14 years working experience in both engineering and construction management fields and I am specialized in construction cost based claims and quantum damages analysis services for international Contractors of infrastructure projects in Romania and abroad. For the past 12 years, I have been involved in the preparation, presentation of quantum claims and proving entitlement and liability on behalf of General Contractors, dealing with a broad range of cost disciplines such as extension of time, disruption, variations, financing charges and loss of profit for numerous infrastructure projects such as highways, railways, bridges, tunnels, subway lines and subway stations being developed mainly in Romania but also in countries like Poland, Turkey, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Qatar, Oman, Algeria, Ethiopia, Georgia, Sweden, Norway, India, and Canada. I have a strong analytical background and a natural talent for numbers which allow me to look at processes from different angles and offer creative solutions for the companies where I work. Therefore, I aim to further improve my soft skills and gain experiences in other fields such as: financial management of construction companies, business analysis and development, budget auditing, negotiation, overview and assessment of entitlement and robustness of project claims. I am an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual, easily adaptable to new environments, a sociable and easygoing person, able to develop effective working relationships with colleagues, partners and operational teams.
