I am a highly experienced leader with a strong software development and services technical background, with a successful track record in 15+ years of experience in the IT field, with the last 9+ years dedicated to building and transforming teams and organizations around Software Development and Service Deployment and Delivery. I have delivered notable results for major organizations, such as Siemens, IBM, and Microsoft. I have worn many hats in my career - QA Engineer, Software Developer, Product and Project Manager, Team Manager and General Manager. As a result, I have developed the ability to lead teams of various sizes and multi-disciplinary high-stakes projects and navigate complex challenges in international environments. Until recently, I spearheaded the setup of a new R&D unit for Siemens in Cluj-Napoca. In this role I was focused on delivering strategic development of an organization, covering a complete range of responsibilities for the site in Cluj-Napoca, from administration of the day to day business, set-up of local HR and it’s coordination, defining or adapting processes and the structure of the local unit, and identifying talent, while building the local image of Siemens and promoting the new organization. I am truly passionate about my work and always eager to learn and improve. I am always striving to bring 100% to the work that I do, and my goals is to drive the business forward while building enduring teams and ensuring a good organizational culture.
